　 考完试，全部人就急急忙忙的收拾东西，准备搬新家了，因为学校有派车来送我们去广之旅，所以，东西一大堆的，最后是精减再精减的。然后，就前往我们住的新地方了--白云区心谊路，经过一下午的折腾之后，我们放好东西，大家就迅速去找地方解决吃的问题了，然后又去熟悉周围的环境，哪里有公车，哪里有地铁，算是摸的清楚一些了。

　 第二天，就开始打扫卫生，然后下午去买菜，还有买一些基本的生活厨房用品，我跟媛媛去超市买碗呀、盘的，挑了很久，媛媛超细心的，本来我想说，随便买两个就好了，结果她是看了很久，最后，买了又便宜又好的，果然是个细心的人。回来以后，一堆人围在厨房里凑热闹，经过一翻折腾后，菜也终于上桌了，感谢秋宜、小旭、秀敏三人的新家第一餐，还不错啦~~是相当不错啦。

　 第一天开始培训，见到国内服务部的柔柔姐，她讲话各方面看起来都挺友善的，然后她给我们差不多培训了两天，整个课程很紧，中午又没得睡觉，搞到我下午老是想打瞌睡，真是辛苦啊~中午不睡觉对我来说，太残忍了。然后就是一天的专线培训，静姐给我们讲了白水寨、沙滩、漂流，然后第三天就考试，天！！讲这么快，我抄都抄不来，就要考试，真是要命。

　 被通知明天跟团，下午四点钟来到总部，静姐为我们开了一个短会，简单的介绍了我们第一次要跟团的注意事项及向我们分配跟团线路。我被分配去英德西的老虎谷，第一次跟团，心情很激动。会后，就打电话给带我的导游华倩姐，她来到后，就带我去拿计划，告诉我如何看计划，如何借款，如果通团。我全程跟着她，她也很有耐心的告诉我很多，然后就等着第二天的跟团了。

　 第二天早上，七点四，我在杨箕d出口，等华倩姐一起去东峻广场，先去认找了我们出发的车和司机，然后又去找我们的琴谱架，在那里等客人来，等到几个后，就带他们上车，然后华倩姐去营业厅搬水，我们一起将水搬到了车上，八点钟的时候，也等其了所有的客人。然后我们就出发前往英德了。

　 上了车以后，华倩姐便向游客们派了水，并将纸箱分别在车头、车中、车尾摆好。上了高速以后，华倩姐开始向游客们展开了生动的讲解。首先，她向游客们问好，然后提醒他们不要把垃圾丢在车上，有垃圾的话就丢在之前摆好的纸箱里。然后就开始向他们介绍今天所要浏览的景点——老虎谷，以及漂流的注意事项，车上的游客以年轻者居多，他们也很热情的积极回应华倩姐的问话，最后，华倩姐被要求唱歌，就此华倩姐就跟他们展开了一个唱歌的互动节目，华倩姐唱完以后，就是游客们唱了，华倩姐很聪明，他要求游客唱歌，并以神秘礼物为饵，其实那就是本来要派给游客的礼物。最后很多游客都唱了歌，有一个女生给我印象很深刻，因为她一个人唱了很久，几乎把全车人的筷子都唱走了。就这样，唱完歌，已经过了快有一个半小时了，然后大家都安静下来了。

　 经过三个小时的车程后，就到了今天的目的地——英德老虎谷暗河漂流。在途中，华倩姐也有教我在哪里以及如何购买门票，到了景点后，我们拿确认书去排队等漂流，被告知，要到一点钟才有得漂，然后上二楼吃饭，大家稍作休息后，我们回一楼等开漂的消息，等了差不多将近一个小时，工作人员就告诉我们可以漂了，华倩姐拿好门票以后，就带领客人上车去山顶了，在车上，给每位客人发了门票以后，又向他们交待了一下注意事项，然后游客们就去开开心心的漂流了，我们则返回下游等游客们回来。

　 那天的天气很清凉，不时伴有小雨，但丝毫没有扰乱游客漂流的热情，仍有很多游人来这里漂流，看他们全身湿透、很开心的样子，就知道这里的漂流的确是名副其实。游客们回来后，华倩姐便关切的提醒他们注意保暖，尽快换衣服以及其他一些情况，然后根据之前约好的时间，提醒游客上车返程。

　 这次的跟团，我的确是获益匪浅，学会了如何拿计划、如何通团、如何引领客人、如何在车上与客人展开互动，还有就是熟悉路线，在哪里买票，怎么排队等漂流。

　 第一次跟团的心情还是很紧张的，看到华倩姐一直跟客人有说有笑，在车上，游刃有余。就在想，自己以后，可不可以做到这样，华倩姐讲的和做的都非常熟练非常专业，我要向她好好学习。

　 今天第一次出团，又是去回老虎谷漂流，挺好，要是去什么黄腾峡、古龙峡，我可能都搞不清楚流程呢。6：30出门，半个钟到东峻广场，然后在那里等游客来，急忙打电话给司机师傅，然后师傅告诉我，他还没到。

　我便告诉他，到了以后，打电话给我，告诉我车子停在哪里。等了一会，就等到了一位游客，然后这时候，司机师傅打电话给我了，我便急急的去找司机和车子，其实那部车就停在我面前，然后司机师傅在车里跟我讲电话，说在我前面，我实在是听不太明白他的白话，搞到最后，被司机师傅闹我蠢~~~我都无语了。然后带我的四位客人上了车，搬了两箱水上车，接下来，就等我的十八位一行的客人，可是，已经八点了。于是，我打电话给那一行客人的班主，问他们在哪里？什么时候到东峻广场，然后那位班主就说，蒋小姐，不是说好8：20在云台花园上车的吗？我一下子没反映过来，然后又多问了几句，突然一下子，我终于想起来了，原来这十八位客人在要在云台花园上车的。然后赶忙上车，叫师傅开车去云台花园接另外十八位客人。大清早的就犯了好多错误，怀疑自己的能力和记忆力~~~

　 驱车到了云台花园，就接到了我们团另外的十八位客人，顺利接完人，然后就向我们的目的地前进了。为每一位游客发了水以后，就开始向他们开始了今天简短的讲解，虽然历时不到十分钟，我可是准备了两个晚上。前一晚，还为我们家里的每位成员演讲了两次，讲完以后，我就长舒一口气了，客人居然要我唱歌，才不要唱呢~~丢死人了。然后我就坐下了，跟司机随便聊了几句，那个司机的白话我实在是听的不是太清楚和明白，就在那里嗯嗯、笑笑着的附和，虽然司机说十几年没去过英德了，大概知道怎么走，但是我一路还是很担心，就怕走错路。眼都没眨过的盯着路，其实我都不知道自己在看什么，好像我也不怎么认识路，就去过一次而已。不过，还好，司机师傅够醒目，没有走错路。三个多小时以后，我们就到达了目的地。
