Statement:

1.The Business License is the certificate of an enterprise as a leagal person and its legal operations.

2.The Business License has two copies: an original and a duplicate which have the equal legal effect.

1.This certificate is a legal document to certify the real estate ownership. The real estate

ownership is under the protection of the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2.The real estate owner shall strictly observe the laws, regulations and rules related to real estate

3.The obligee shall apply a registration to the property right registration office of local people’s
